Returns & Refunds

Bicycles

Every customer is provided with the opportunity to test ride and try our bikes before purchase, to ensure that the product is right for them.  We will only ever offer guidance and advice, allowing the customer to make the final decision on their purchase.  Once a bike has been purchased and has left the shop, the option of returning, exchanging or getting a refund is not available.

In the unusual circumstance that you believe your bicycle to be faulty, all bikes must first be returned for examination.  Following investigation, any faulty components or bicycles shall be repaired and/or replaced in accordance to the manufacturers terms and conditions of warranty.  This will incur no labour charges from Birdie Bikes.

Parts, accessories & Clothing

In the unusual circumstance that you believe your item to be faulty, all items must first be returned for examination.  Following investigation, any item deemed faulty within the manufacturers warranty period will be exchanged with the same or a like for like product.  In the event that item is deemed faulty within a 30 day period and a proof of purchase can be provided, an exchange or full refund will be given.

All clothing can be exchanged if deemed unsuitable or the wrong size within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided a proof of purchase can be displayed.

Deposits

All deposits paid are seen as a commitment to purchase.  In the unlikely event that the product is unsuitable an alternative will be offered.

The Collection of Repairs & Services

We kindly ask that all repairs and services are collected as soon as possible.  Any repairs that are not collected within 3 weeks from their original collection date will be moved to an off site storage facility and will incur a £10 per month storage fee.

Once a period of 6 months from the original collection date has passed, any bicycle not collected will be sold to recover the value of the repair and/or service.
