This is a video of the South West London DA of the Cyclists Touring Club riding from their regular meeting place in Non Such Park, Cheam to Bushy Park via Richmond Park and Teddington Lock. We stop for tea in the Cafe in Bushy Park and then return to the park in Cheam. Each week through the year the group meets at 2.00 p.m. in Cheam and then cycle out to various local destinations for tea before returning home.  By David Salmon

On a wet Easter Break, Chris, Brian, Paul and Graham cycled the Thames Path National Trail. Chris (the one with the white socks in the center photograph) said it was a lot harder ride than he envisaged, especially near the source of the Thames. If you study the photographs you can see Chris losing weight. I'm sure Chris would be pleased to offer some useful tips to anyone thinking of  cycling the Thames Trail
